She was a reporter for Veja from 2014 to 2020, period during which she specialized in environmental affairs, sustainability and human rights. She interviewed names such as Greta Thunberg, Jane Fonda, Jane Goodall and David Attenborough. She collaborates with international outlets, such as the Thomson Reuters Foundation and Mongabay, and national ones, such as Veja, Um Só Planeta, Jota, Época, among others. Jennifer holds a postgraduate degree in Environment and Sustainability from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Roriz accumulates more than 40 national and international awards, with emphasis on POYi – Picture of the Year International (2006, 2014), PDN The Best Photo Annual Award (2014), O Estado de S. Paulo Journalism Award (2003, 2004, 2008 and 2010), Abril Journalism Award (2015 and 2016).
His work has been published by outlets such as Bloomberg News, Reuters, National Geographic, The New York Times, Google, The Nature Conservancy, Brazilian Olympic Committee, Veja, O Estado de S. Throughout his career, he was present in major coverage, such as the earthquakes in Haiti and Chile in 2010, Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, five Olympic Games, three World Cups and six Pan American Games.
Roriz is a specialist in underwater images and a PADI certified diver, with more than 2,000 dives cataloged during reports and underwater productions in general, in addition to having extensive experience in aerial productions with ANAC certification.
